Middle

Faith Christian Middle School serves students in grades 6-8 a Biblically-based academic program designed to meet a wide range of learning needs while preparing students for future academic success. Instruction is intentionally challenging and thought-provoking, with an emphasis on developing problem-solving, oral and written communication, and collaboration skills. Students engage in hands-on labs, interactive and creative projects, collaborative group work and student-led discussions, all supported by a guided and purposeful use of technology. Expanded elective opportunities allow students to explore new interests, and an intentional introduction to final exams helps students build effective study habits and exam-preparation skills before the increased demands of higher-level coursework.
The core curriculum includes Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Bible and Physical Education classes. A foundational aspect of the Middle School is Bible class, which emphasizes strong character development, deep understanding of Scripture, and thoughtful discussion in a safe, supportive environment. Biblical integration extends across all subject areas. Together, these elements create a comprehensive middle school experience that nurtures students academically, spiritually, and physically.
Faith Christian Middle School also provides opportunities for academic challenge and enrichment, including participation in the ACSI International Math Competition, National Junior Honor Society, and The National Civics Bee. For the 2025 National Civics Bee, FCA 8th Grader Brendan Flynn placed 2nd. Through these experiences, we affirm our commitment to academic excellence and to nurturing the spiritual, social, and intellectual growth of every student in a supportive, Christ-honoring environment.
